Job Description

Blink Recruitment are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operative for our bespoke client in the Trentham area (ST4)

Duties:

• Use of hand and power tools
• Working with bespoken wooden parts
• Working from drawings and diagrams.
• Willingness to learn and progress within the business.
• Learn to operate CNC wood machinery

A full induction will be conducted on the first day and full training will be provide throughout the 12 week temporary to permanent position. - PPE will also be provided

The pay rate will be increased upon successful completion of temp to perm and also will be reviewed quarterly with a view to increase in increments.

Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret diagrams/drawings
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy objects for extended periods of time
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
