Dan Rodziewicz
Managing Director and Pottery expert.

Our managing Director Dan is a highly experienced recruiter of over 25 years based in the beautiful city of Stoke On Trent. Dan thrives on helping Candidates and clients along the length and breadth of the UK. A proven track record specialising in all areas of industry and who genuinely cares about finding the right solution for anyone he works on behalf of. Dans mission is to change the perception of Recruitment agencies and show to all that working with a professional and compliant recruiter whether you are a candidate or client can make all the difference. Dan is also hugely against paying candidates through umbrella or mini umbrella schemes and ensures that all Blink Recruitments candidates are paid correctly via a PAYE model with holiday pay accrued. Dan is our Pottery specialist who works alongside Stoke on Trent's leading Pottery factories where you will find him on site at well know brand companies inducting staff and championing the Pottery brand in Stoke on Trent/The Potteries. In his spare time Dan is a bit of a nerd and loves spending his time competitively racing in Virtual Reality and if he's not doing that then you will find him in his kitchen where he loves cooking which comes from his past experience as a Chef or spending quality time with his Family.

Office Mascot and all round dribble monster

Chewie is our well loved office security guard and all round good boy. He especially loves looking out of the window and the passers by and getting free sausages from the sandwich shop further down the road. :)

Simon Grayley
Business Development Manager

Simon is our Business Development Manager – with 25 years’ experience of developing long lasting recruitment relationships with clients both large and small. Simon specialises in ensuring we can take away the complexities of recruitment (both temporary and permanent) from our clients and building long-term solutions that simplify and streamline recruitment processes  - with a focus on honesty, transparency and delivering successful positive outcomes for both the client and candidate alike.

Outside of work Simon is a dedicated dad to his three teenage sons, with a passion for Grassroots Football across Stoke – being voluntary Chairman of his local junior club - Blythe Bridge JFC.

Managing Director/Finance

Tracy is our second managing director who is responsible for all areas of finance. Tracy has a wealth of experience of systems and streamlining of processes within business's and heads up our sister companies Blink Digital and Blink VA.

Senior Consultant - industrial & High volume specialist

Amie is our industrial specialist here at Blink. She has worked in recruitment now for 3 years. Whether you’re looking for general operatives right up to your warehouse operation managers then she's your girl.  As your key account manager Amie can ensure any recruitment headaches are eliminated and carry out a thorough onboarding process to ensure the candidates are always the right fit for the business. Amie offers honesty and a transparent service to ensure the best results all round. Amie enjoys travelling and is always planning her next beach holiday so she can keep her tan topped up.

Payroll & Compliance manager

Katrina is our Payroll and compliance manager. Katrina comes to Blink Recruitment with over 20 years customer service and payroll experience. One of Katrina's primary functions within Blink is to ensure that all candidates placed are compliant and legal to work in the UK along with managing timesheets and pay. Katrina is a highly approachable individual and will do anything to help anyone.  Katrina, in her spare time enjoys being creative and loves to make her own bespoke Diamond Art - Her last project took her nearly 6 months.

Ryan Carter
Branch Manager - Engineering Specialist

Ryan is the Branch Manager of the Longton office. Ryan is a dedicated recruitment specialist with over half a decade’s versatile recruitment experience where he specialises in Technical/Engineering & Manufacturing roles across multiple avenues. Ryan manages the day to day running of the office operations alongside helping to develop the current office staff in all aspects of training, ranging from sales and business development to ensuring that the service levels to candidate and clients are maintained at a very high level. He is also a big Aston villa fan and has a Zen Garden in his office!
